Aerodyn Engineering Inc. welcomes Roger Hartzell, Senior Test Engineer for Indianapolis

Aerodyn Engineering Inc. is pleased to announce that Roger Hartzell has joined our team in Indianapolis as Sr. Test Engineer. Roger’s role will be to engineer, quote and manage test programs.
Roger brings to Aerodyn 32 years of progressive leadership experience in Aerospace Testing, Program Management and Operations Management. He has spent a career testing high tech products in the areas of thermal and fluid dynamics across the aerospace, aviation, defense, and commercial markets.
Roger has spent the majority of his career working for Meggitt Control Systems (MCS) and National Technical Systems (NTS). This has enabled him to work with industry leaders like P&WC, P&WA, UTAS, Rolls Royce, General Dynamics, Northrup Grumman, Honeywell, Sikorsky, Agusta and many others. Roger has experience developing and testing products used on: V22 Tilt-Rotor Aircraft, F15 and F16 Fighter Aircraft, Learjet, G5 Business Jet, M113 Personnel Carrier, M1 Abrams, Bradley Fighting Vehicle, and many other defense and commercial aircraft/land based vehicles.
Roger has broad experience in every phase of the Product Development Cycle, from concept, design, product development, and qualification/certification. His experience in thermal and fluid dynamic testing, and business leadership will provide support at ATTYC, as we grow into new markets.
Roger earned his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering Technology from LeTourneau University and has Continuing Education credit in Program Management at IUPUI.
